Introducing myself (Pinned post)

So, I can't seem to get an 'About me' section on my blog; Instead I have decided to just make a post and have it pinned at the top so it's always there for new visitors to see.

Onto introductions, my name is Josephine but most people call me Jo. I live in a relatively small farming town just close to the border of Wales.

I'm absolutely mad about cats and have two black short haired moggies; They're my babies. A new family member joined the clan back in January and I now have a wee long haired Chihuahua named Ollie.

I really enjoy reading and definitely have too many books and not enough space to accommodate them. I have no particular genre of heart as a favourite but lean more towards fiction reading than anything else. I can pretty much read anything with very few exceptions.

And onto what my blog is actually about... I just love makeup and fashion. I've been known to splurge on clothes and makeup and I love both equally as much and it's something that brings me great enjoyment. When I know I can afford to treat myself I definitely do with no guilt.

You'll see a mixture of blog posts on me reviewing makeup and skin care products or showing off a new outfit I have purchased.

Disclaimer - I am not the best at makeup and skincare, am not qualified, nor do I claim to have a true understanding on formulations of products, so all my opinions on any post I upload are my own and solely my own and may not necessarily be of anybody else's views.

I am always honest about any product I review but always believe in being as respectful as you can be, especially if a review may not always be positive.

And lastly, I do not claim to be an expert on most things, if not all of the topics I talk about, but I enjoy sharing my opinions on my blog and talking about my hobbies and passions. I hope others enjoy my posts as much as I do writing them.
